Kugenda nibura iminota 30 buri munsi bishobora gutuma ubuzima bwawe burushaho kugenda neza mu buryo burenze uko wabitekereza. Kugenda n’amaguru bifasha ubuzima bwawe bwo mu mutwe n’amarangamutima kumererwa neza, bikakugabaniriza imihangayiko ukaruhuka.
