We inform the public that the named UMUTONI DIDINE Annet Kemayire, daughter of GAHUNGA and KAYITESI Donatha, domiciled at Rebero Village, Nyanza Cell, Gatenga Sector, Kicukiro District, in the City of Kigali applied for the authorization of the change of name from her current name UMUTONI DIDINE Annet Kemayire to be called UMUTONI Annet in the National Population Registry. The reason for the change of name is that her names are too many or too long.
