Impumuro mbi wakumva ku bice by'umubiri ukihutira kujya kwa muganga

Menya impumuro mbi mu bice bitandukanye by’umubiri ugomba kwitondera, no kwihutira kugana kwa muganga igihe uzifite.



Ku bantu bamwe na bamwe hari igihe bagira impumuro mbi mu bice bitandukanye by’umubiri, uretse kubatera ipfunwe bikaba byanabangamira abakwegereye bose, ku buryo utinya kujya mu bandi nabo bagatinya kukwegera.

Impumuro mbi mu bice bitandukanye by’umubiri, akenshi biterwa na bagiteri ziba zabaye nyinshi muri ibyo bice. Izi bagiteri ziba zitunzwe n’uturemangingo twapfuye n’ibindi binyabutabire bitandukanye biba ku ruhu, mu gihe zivanze n’icyuya cyangwa andi mavuta akorwa n’uruhu bikora impumuro mbi ishobora kuba yoroheje cyangwa ikomeye bitewe n’aho iri. Ibice byihishe ndetse n’ibirimo ubwoya bwinshi nibyo byiganzamo impumuro mbi cyane.

1. Impumuro mbi mu kanwa

Guhumura nabi mu kanwa bishobora guterwa n’impamvu zitandukanye, akenshi bishobora guterwa n’ibyo wariye; nko kurya ibitunguru cyangwa tungurusumu cyane bishobora gutuma uhumura nabi.

Isuku nke yo mu kanwa, ishobora gutuma bagiteri ziba nyinshi zikaba zatera kunuka mu kanwa. Bagiteri ziba mu kanwa zishobora kwiyongera zigatangira gutungwa na proteyine ziboneka mu macandwe cyangwa ibisigazwa by’ibyo wariye, zikaba zatera kunuka nabi.

Impumuro nziza nk’iy’isukari cyangwa ibindi bihumura nayo ishobora kuba ikimenyetso cy’indwara ya diyabete. Nuramuka wumva mu kanwa hawe hahumura ntacyo uzi wariye kibitera, ni ngombwa kugana kwa muganga ukisuzumisha.

2. Inkari

Inkari ubusanzwe nta mpumuro zigomba kugira kandi zigomba kuba zerurutse. Ibi bintu 2 nibyo byerekana ko umubiri udafite umwuma (dehydration) cyangwa ikindi kibazo.

Niba inkari zawe wumva zinuka cyane, bishobora kuba ikimenyetso cy’uko urwaye ubwandu bw’umuyoboro w’inkari (infection urinaire/urinary tract infection), indwara y’impyiko cyangwa umwijima. Gusa hari imiti ushobora gufata ikaba yahindura impumuro y’inkari nabyo ugomba kubizirikana. Niba unyara inkari zihumura bishobora kuba ikimenyetso cy’indwara ya diyabete.

Igihe wumva impumuro y’inkari zawe yahindutse ni ngombwa kugana kwa muganga.

3. Imyanya y’ibanga

Imyanya y’ibanga nko mu gitsina niho ukunze gusanga higanje impumuro mbi cyane. Ibi bikaba cyane ku gitsina gore kurusha igitsina gabo. N’ubwo imyanya ndagagitsina ku bakobwa n’abagore ifite ubushobozi bwo kwikorera isuku, impumuro mbi muri ibyo bice akenshi ishobora guterwa na mikorobe ziba zabaye nyinshi cyane. Izikunze kuhaba cyane ni izo mu bwoko bw’imiyege zizwi nka candida albicans.

Igihe cyose wumvise impumuro idasanzwe mu myanya y’ibanga yawe, ni ngombwa kugana k’umuganga w’indwara zifata mu myanya ndagagitsina (gynecologist).

4. Mu kwaha

Mu kwaha nicyo gice cy’umubiri kibonekamo ibyuya byinshi, kandi hakunze kuba ubwoya. Kubera ibi byombi, hashobora kuba impumuro mbi cyane. Niba ufite impumuro mbi mu kwaha, hari uburyo ushobora kugabanya bagiteri ziba zabaye nyinshi muri icyo gice. Ushobora gukubamo indimu, mu rwego rwo kugabanya bagiteri ziba zikorwa ku bwinshi.

Hari n’ibindi ushobora gukoresha mu rwego rwo kwirinda iyo mpumuro mbi nk’ibihumuza (deodorant na antiperspirant).  

5. Ibirenge n’amano

Impumuro mbi mu birenge n’amano bikunze kuba ku bantu bambara inkweto zifunze kenshi. Ahantu hatagera umwuka kenshi, hakunze kurangwa umwuka utari mwiza.

Usibye ikibazo cyo kutagerwaho n’umwuka, koga ntiwihanagure neza hagati y’amano n’ibirenge cyangwa se kwambara ibintu bitose, biri mu bikurura uyu mwuka mubi ndetse bikongera mikorobe zo mu bwoko bw’imiyege (champignons/fungi) muri ibyo bice.

Niba ukora isuku ihagije, ariko ukaba uhorana impumuro mbi mu birenge no hagati y’amano ni ngombwa kugana kwa muganga ukaba wavurwa, mu rwego rwo kurinda ko imiyege yakwira n’ahandi.
