Tumenyereye kunywa imitobe itandukanye y’imbuto ngo tugire ubuzima bwiza. Nubwo ari byiza, hari n’ibindi binyobwa bigirira umubiri akamaro gakomeye bidakunze gukoreshwa.



Hari ibinyobwa bifasha mu kubaka no gusukura umubiri nyamara abantu badakunze gukoresha bitewe nuko babitinya cyangwa se babibona nk'ibitakagobwe kunywebwa. Muri ibyo binyobwa bifasha umubiri harimo ibi bikurikira:

1.Hibiscus 

Hibiscus ni indabyo zumye. Zigabanya umuvuduko ukabije wa maraso, ikize kubirinda indwara (anti-oxidants), igabanya ibinure bibi (cholesterol),ikize kuri vitamin C, Yongera imbaraga, ifasha umwijima gukora neza, irinda cancer, igabanya stress cyane, ituma igogora rigenda neza, irwanya constipation. Uyishyira mu mazi ashyushye nkukora icyayi ugategereza iminota micye amazi agahinduka umutuku. Ushobora no kuyikoramo umutobe.

2. Amakara

Amakara ni ifu y’amakara, amakara asukura mu mubiri (detoxifying), akiza kugubwa nabi munda (digestion disorder), akura uburozi budakomeye mu mara (intestinal parasites), agabanya ibinure bibi (cholesterol) mu maraso, arinda cancer n’indwara z’umutima. Uvanga nkeya mu mazi hanyuma ukanywesha umuheha kugira ngo utanduza amenyo.
