Umugore utwite akwiye kwitabwaho mu buryo budasanzwe kubera ko umugore utwite ahorana imbaraga nke byanze bikunze izo yari afite ziragabanuka kubera ko amafunguro afata aba agomba gutunga we n’umwana uri munda. Ibiryo byose bitameze neza bishobora guteza ibyago kandi biganisha ku bibazo bikomeye nko kubyara umwana akavukana indwara.



Ibi ni bimwe mu biribwa 10 by’ingenzi ukwiye kwitaho buri munsi  niba utwite

1..Amagi: Umwana uri munda akura byihuse kandi buri karemangingo ke gakozwe na puroteyine (intungamubiri) niyo mpamvu umubyeyi utwite agomba kurya ibiribwa bifite puroteyine kugira ngo umwana uri munda ingingo ze ziyubake neza. Umugore utwite rero udafite ibindi bibazo by’ubuzima  atarayabujijwe na muganga cyangwa akaba amutera arerigi, yarya amagi 2 mu cyumweru  byibura ariko atarimo umuhondo.     

 2. Kunywa amazi bituma amaraso atembera neza mu mubiri, bityo ingingo zitandukanye zikagerwaho n’amaraso nta nkomyi. Afasha kandi byihuse mu igogora ry’ibiryo bikomeye biba biri mu gifu, bityo bikorohera igogorwa gukorwa neza ndetse n’igifu kigakoresha imbaraga nke.

 3..Amata n’ibiyakomokaho nka yawurute, ndetse n’amavuta ni isoko nziza ya kalisiyumu ifasha amagufwa y’umwana uri munda gukomera.

4.Ibishyimbo: Hari abantu bamwe na bamwe usanga badakunda kurya ibishyimbo, ariko niba utwite utegetswe kurya ibishyimbo kuri buri funguro ryawe  ku nyungu z'umwana utwite n'ubwo waba utabikunda kuko amoko yose y’ibishyimbo akungahaye kuri fibure na puroteyine  kuruta ibindi biribwa byose.   

Kurya  ibishyimbo birinda ibibazo byinshi nka emoloyide, impatwe ndetse no kubura amaraso. Mu bishyimbo kandi dusangamo vitamin zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, na vitamin B1, B6, E, na k (potasiyuma) ifasha umutima w’umwana.

5.Ibiribwa by’impeke ni ingenzi cyane (Umuceri, Uburo, Ingano, Ibigori, Uburo, Amasaka), muri ibi biribwa dusangamo vitamine E, celenium na fibure n'ibindi binyabutabire birinda cyane utunyangingo twacu.

6.Amafi n'inyama cyane cyane inyama z'inka ni ingenzi, gusa ntugomba kurya inyama nyinshi na none, ugomba kwita ku bwoko bw'amafi kuko bwose siko buribwa ku kigero kmwe. Ikindi kandi amafi ni isoko ya omega 3 na puroteyine bifasha umugore utwite kugira akanyamuneza, bifasha kandi gukura ku bwonko bw’umwana ndetse n'amaso ye igihe aba ari kwirema

7.Imbuto n’imboga: Kurya imbuto biha umubiri wacu intungamubiri zinyuranye, imyunyu ngugu na vitamin hafi ya zose, imbuto kandi uko zitandukanye niko zifite intungamubiri zitandukanye, niyo mpamvu tugomba kurya imbuto byibura ubwoko bubiri cyangwa butatu kabone nubwo zaba ziva mucyiciro kimwe (Group), imbuto kandi zifasha umugore utwite kuguma afite amazi bikamurinda umwuma wa hato na hato bivuze ko uramutse uri ahantu udafite amazi yo kunywa wakoresha umutobe w’amacunga. Tuzisabnga mu gice cy'ibiribwa birinda indwara.
 

Mu gihe cyo gutwita, ni ngombwa gukomeza indyo yuzuye. Ku bw'ibyo, ugomba guhitamo ubwoko bwiza bw'ibiryo, ukaburya mu buryo bukwiye kandi mu gihe gikwiye. Imirire ititaweho yose itameze neza ishobora guteza ibyago kandi biganisha ku bibazo kuri nyina n'umwana.
