Niba uri umukobwa/umugore ukaba wifuza kumenya uko wahindura imiterere n’ubunini bw’amabuno yawe ni ngombwa ko umenya ibintu bigena ubunini ndetse n’imiterere y’urukenyerero. Muri iki gihe bavuga ko umukobwa uteye neza ari ufite inyuma (ikibuno) hanini. Menya ibintu 4 bigena ubunini bwaho.



Ibintu 4 bigena imiterere n’ubunini bw’amabuno. Ubunini n’imiterere y’amabuno bishobora guterwa n’ibintu bikurikira:

1. Imiterere y’amagufa yo mu rukenyerero

Amagufa yo mu rukenyerero (Pelvis) ni amwe mu magufa y’ingenzi mu mubiri w’umuntu kandi agira uruhare rukomeye mu kugena imiterere y’urukenyerero n’amabuno by’abantu. Imiterere y’amagufa yo mu rukenyerero kandi ni ikintu umuntu adashobira guhindura. 

Ubusanzwe abagore bagira urukenyerero rugari kurusha abagabo. Ibi akenshi ni ukugira ngo bizorohe mu gihe cyo kubyara. Ibi bituma rero bagira n’amabuno magari kandi manini. Amagufa yo mu rukenyerero kandi agira uruhare runini cyane mu kugena ubwoko bw’urukenyerero n’amabuno ku bakobwa.

2. Imiterere y’imikaya (Muscles)

Imikaya n’ibinure byo mu rukenyerero ni byo bifata ku magufa maze bigaha isura n’ubunini urukenyerero. Imiterere rero y’imikaya nayo igira uruhare runini cyane mu kugena imiterere y’amabuno n’urukenyerero. Mu mubiri w’umuntu, buri mukaya (muscle) ugira aho uhera (origin) ndetse n’aho urangirira (Insertion). Imikaya kandi iba ifashe ku magufa.

Ubusanzwe imikaya igira uruhare mu miterere n’ubunini bw’amabuno ni itatu; Gluteus maximus, gluteus medius na gluteus minimus. Buri muntu wese aba afite iyi mikaya uko ari itatu. Ariko bitewe naho buri mukaya utereye n'aho urangiriye, bituma ishusho n’ubunini bw’amabuno butandukana. Imiterere y’imikaya kandi nayo iri mu bintu umuntu adashobora guhindura mu gihe yifuza kugira amabuno ateye uko ashaka.

3. Ubunini bw’imikaya

Ubunini bw’imikaya igize amabuno nabwo rugira uruhare cyane cyane mu miterere y’urukenyerero n’amabuno. Nk'uko twabibonye, amabuno agizwe n’imikaya itatu y’ingenzi. Ubunini bwayo rero buratandukana bitewe n’ubunini bw’umubiri wawe ndetse n’imyitozo ngororamubiri ukoresha iyo mikaya. Ubunini bw’imikaya buri mu bintu bishobora guhinduka. Abakobwa n’abagore bashaka kugira amabuno manini bakagombye gutangira bongera ubunini bw’imikaya yabo. 

4. Ibinure

Ubunini bw’amabuno buterwa nanone kandi n’ubwinshi bw’ibinure bujyamo. Ngirango muzi abantu bashobora kuba babyibushye ahandi hose ariko byagera ku mabuno ugasanga ntabyibushye nk'uko umubiri wabo ubyibushye. Bishatse kuvuga ko kuba ufite ibinure mu mubiri wawe bidahagije ngo ugire amabuno manini. Kugira ngo ibinure bijye mu mabuno yawe nabyo biterwa n’impamvu nyinshi. Ariko impamvu nyamukuru ni uruhererekane rwo mu miryango ndetse n’ubwoko.

Urugero ni nk’ubwoko bw’abantu bugira protein mu mubiri wabo yitwa steatopygia ituma ibinure byo mu mubiri wabo byirundira mu mabuno maze ugasanga bateye neza cyane. Iyi protein ikunda kuboneka mu bantu batuye ibihugu byo muri Africa kuruta za Burayi, Aziya n’ahandi. Urugero ni nk'iyo urebye imiterere y’abakobwa bo mu bihugu by’Aziya usanga ihabanye n’iy’Abanyafrika. Rero Ubwinshi bw’ibinure nabwo biri mu bintu umuntu ashobora guhindura cyangwa se ntahindure.
