Inama y’Abaminisitiri ishingiye ku buryo imibare y’ubwandu bwa
COVID-19 ikomeje kwiyongera, yafashe icyemezo cyo gusubika amakoraniro ahuza
abantu benshi ku rwego rw’igihugu harimo n’Inama y’Igihugu y’Umushyikirano.
Muri uyu mwaka, ku itariki ya 21 Ukuboza, Nyakubahwa Perezida wa Repubulika
azagirna ikiganiro n’abayobozi, abaturage n’abanyamakuru ndetse ageze ku
Banyarwanda uko igihugu gihagaze (State of the Nation Address).

a. Kuva ku itariki ya 15 kugeza ku wa 21 Ukuboza 2020, ingendo
zirabujijwe guhera saa Tatu z’ijoro (9:00 pm) kugeza saa Kumi za mu gitondo
(4:00 am).
b. Kuva ku itariki ya 22 Ukuboza 2020 kugeza ku wa 4 Mutarama
2021, ingendo zirabujijwe guhera saa Mbili z’ijoro (8:00 pm) kugeza saa Kumi za
mu gitondo (4:00 am).
c. Amateraniro rusange harimo imihango y’ubukwe, ubusabane

d. Umubare w’abitabira inama (meetings and conferences) ntugomba
kurenga 30% by’ubushobozi bwo kwakira abantu bw’aho bateranira. Bose bagomba
kubanza kwipimisha COVID-19 kandi bakubahiriza amabwiriza y’inzego z’ubuzima.
e. Ibikorwa by’inzego za Leta n’abikorera bizakomeza ariko buri
rwego rurasabwa gukoresha abakozi batarenze 30% by’abakozi bose, abandi
bagakorera mu rugo ariko bakagenda basimburana.
f. Imodoka zitwara abantu mu buryo bwa rusange zemerewe gutwara
50% by’umubare w’abantu zemerewe gutwara kandi hakubahirizwa amabwiriza yo
kwirinda COVID-19.
g. Insengero zahawe uburenganzira bwo gukora kuko zujuje
