Dore ibintu bikomeye ukwiriye kumenya ku burwayi bwo mu mutwe

Ni kenshi ushobora kuba waragiye wumva cyane ijambo uburwayi bwo mu mutwe. Ahari hari umuntu waba uzi wigeze umubonaho iki kibazo. Abantu benshi baterwa ubwoba no kumva ijambo ‘Uburwayi bwo mu mutwe’. N'ubwo bimeze bityo rero twateguye iyi nkuru kugira ngo tugufashe kuyumva dukureho n’ibihuha bayitwerera.



Ni izihe ngero z’uburwayi bwo mu mutwe?

Iyo bavuze ngo uburwayi bwo mu mutwe, ntabwo baba bagereranya abantu babonye umwe ku wundi, Oya!. Uko abantu barwaramo iyi ndwara biza bitandukanye kandi n’uburyo bitwaramo na byo biratandukanye. Hari uyirwara ku giti cye akaba yabyimenyera mu gihe undi ashobora kugira akajagari ndetse bikagera no ku bandi. Zimwe mu ngero zizabikwereka rero harimo:

§  Kumva utishimye: Muri rusange iri jambo ngo kumva utishimye rifata umwanya munini cyane, Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). Gusa ishobora kuba uruhererekane, ikaba yamara igihe kirekire cyangwa ifata igihe kinini (PDD,SAD). §  Kutaguma hamwe : Uyu muntu aba yifitemo ikintu cyo kutaguma hamwe, kuba yateza imyivumbagatanyo ya hato na hato. Akunda kugira inzozi mbi cyane , intekerezo zidasobanutse, kuba yakwibuka ibintu bitari byiza byamubayeho,….

§  Nta kintu ajya ashobora: Uyu muntu akenshi mbere y’uburwayi yari umuhanga mu ishuri, ariko nyuma y’iki kibazo, ishuri cyangwa akandi kazi yakoraga bisa n’ibyamugoye, kuko aterwa ubwoba n'ibyamushimishaga.

Muri rusange rero ingero zo ni nyinshi cyane, nawe hari izo usanzwe uzi. Uburwayi bwo mu mutwe rero bwinjira mu mibereho yawe, mu ntekerezo zawe, mu byo wari ushinzwe gukora no mu myifatire wagiraga. Uburwayi bwo mu mutwe bushobora kuzanwa n’impamvu zitandukanye ziturutse ku muryango cyangwa ahandi hantu hagukikije kandi bukaza mu myaka yose waba ufite (URMC 2020). Kubera ibyo tuvuze rero, birahita bituzana ku kindi kintu gikomeye ugomba kumenya ku burwayi bwo mu mutwe:

1.      Ntabwo ari imbaraga nke z’umuntu ku giti cye (Personal Weakness)

Uburwayi bwo mu mutwe ni indwara nk’izindi zose zigaragarira inyuma. Uburwayi bwo mu mutwe burapimwa hakarebwa ubusembwa , ibimenyetso bikagaragazwa n’ibyavuye mu bwonko ubwabwo. Abahanga mu buvuzi bwo mu mutwe bavuga ko atari intege nke z’umuntu ku giti cye ngo na cyane ko bishobora kuba ku myaka yose waba ufite: Umwana, ingimbi ndetse no ku bantu bakuze yakwigaragaza (Smith 2015).

2.      Nturi wenyine

Buri muntu ni we ubwe bifatiye n’aho yakuriye cyangwa aho yavukiye. Kwita ku bantu barwaye iyi ndwara ni bimwe, gusa bamwe bazakenera massage, imiti itandukanye kurenza abandi bitewe n’ikigero bigeze ho. Niyo mpamvu ari byiza kwihutira kwa muganga ukitabwaho (Smith 2015).

4.      Ushobora gufashwa

Bitewe n’uko urimo guhangayika, ukeneye kwakira ubufasha, hari ubufasha buhabwa abantu batandukanye by’umwihariko abari mu mwijima. Ushobora kwegera ibitaro bikwegereye nawe ubwawe ukishakira ubuvuzi vuba.
