Bank of Africa Rwanda PLC wishes to invite all interested bidders to submit in a closed envelope their bids for "Repair, maintenance and/or replace the bank's various equipment's including computers, laptops and desktops, printers, scanners, money counting machines, money detectors, air conditioners and inverter & UPS"
For
technical and electrical issues within Kigali, the service provider should be
able to support within 2 hours after reporting the issue. Outside of Kigali,
the service provider should be able to support within 24 hours after reporting
the issue.
Interested
bidders can obtain the terms and conditions of the tender from The Head Office
of Bank of Africa Rwanda, upon presentation of a proof of payment of a
non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs (RWF 20, 000) on the
account No: 00047920000 opened in the names of Bank of Africa Rwanda PLC.
Closed
envelopes containing detailed information about the technical requirements and
financial proposal shall be submited at the Head Office Reception of Bank of
Africa Rwanda Plc in CHIC Building 2nd floor not later than July 27, 2020 at 2:
00 PM.
The public
opening of the bids will take place on July 27, 2020 at 3: 00PM in the Bank's
Boardroom in the presence of all bidders or their representatives.
