Kwikinisha ni ugukangura imyanya ndangagitsina hagamijwe kwishakamo ibyishimo bya nyuma (Kurangiza) nk'ibigerwaho mu gihe cy'imibonano mpuzabitsina. Kwikinisha ahanini bikoreshwa intoki ariko rimwe na rimwe abagore bakoresha ibikinisho bizwi nka 'Vibrator' cyangwa 'Sex toys'.
