Kwigisha umwana kugira ngo azavemo umuntu wita ku nshingano ze ntabwo ari ibintu bikorwa umunsi umwe cyangwa icyumweru kimwe ahubwo bifata igihe ndetse bisaba imbaraga nyinshi no guhozaho.

1.Guteka

Dr Battles avuga ko umwana agomba kwigishwa kumenya kurya ko inshingano yo kwita ku mubiri ari fondasiyo yo kugira ngo umuntu abeho neza. Igihe umuntu adashobora kwita ku buzima bwe ntashobora kubaho igihe kirekire.
