Siporo ifitiye akamaro kanini umuntu dore ko idufasha kwirinda zimwe mu ndwara za hato na hato nyinshi ziganje no mu ziri guhitana benshi zirimo umubyibuho ukabije (obesity). Siporo ifasha kongera ubudahangarwa bw’umubiri no gutecyereza neza ikaba n’inkingi yo kugira akanyamuneza mu buzima.



Tariki ya 20 Nzeli buri mwaka, hizihizwa Umunsi mpuzamahanga wa siporo rusange muri kaminuza zose ku isi. Uyu munsi ukaba waratangiye kwizihizwa mu mwaka wa 2016, ubwo hatangizwaga icyumweru cya siporo (EUSA) mu burayi hose. Ni bwo hahise hatangira kwizihizwa uyu munsi mu mateka, ukaba warizihijwe ku wa 20 Nzeri 2016 hakorwa siporo yo guterera imisozi (Hiking) yabereye ku musozi wa Roznik muri Ljubljana ho muri Slovenia.
