Menya akamaro ko kunywa amakara

Tuzi ko amakara akoreshwa mu gikoni agakifashishwa bacana ku mbabura mu gihe cyo guteka ibiryo. Si uguteka gusa hamwe no gucanwa akora gusa kuko anafitiye akamaro kenshi ubuzima.



Amakara n'ubwo tuyamenyereye ko akoreshwa mu kuvana uburozi mu nda, nyamara si byo gusa akora kuko hari ibindi binyuranye ushobora kuyakoresha. Ayo makara avugwa hano si ya yandi yo mu ziko cyangwa ku mbabura, kuko nayo uko akoze aba arimo ubundi burozi bwakangiza umubiri.

Mu kubikora ukoresha 10g z’amakara mu kirahure cy’amazi ukabinywa iminota 90 mbere yo kurya kuri buri funguro, ukabikora iminsi 2 ikurikirana. Muri iki gihe usabwa kurya gusa ibintu by’umwimerere, imbuto n’imboga, amafi atari ayorowe, inyama z’amatungo atunzwe no kurisha gusa.

8. Kurinda Gusaza: N'ubwo gusaza ntawe bitabaho ariko hari igihe biza imburagihe.

Gukoresha amakara bikaba bigirira akamaro impyiko n’umwijima bibirinda gusaza no kwangirika bikabifasha gusohora ibyatuma umubiri usaza vuba. Ufata ibinini 2 ku munsi ukavanga n’amazi ukanywa. Cyane cyane ukabikora mu gihe hari aho wahuriye n’ibyangiza uruhu cyangwa ukaba ubizi ko wariye ifunguro ritari umwimerere.
