Waba uzi impamvu igutera kwibagirwa cyane? Sobanukirwa byinshi wibaza kuri iyi ndwara (Dementia/Amnesia)

Ese waba wibaza impamvu ushobora kuba wibagirwa vuba? Waba ujya wibaza igituma umuntu runaka yibuka ibyo yabonye byose undi akaba atabara inkuru n'imwe yabonye?. Indwara yo kwibagirwa (dementia/Amnesia) iterwa n’ibintu bitandukanye, ari nabyo tugiye kukugezaho n'uko wabyirinda.

3.      Gukora imyitozo ngororamubiri: Gukora imyitozo ngororamubiri biri mu birinda umubiri w’umuntu kwibagirwa, kuko  bituma amaraso atembera neza, bikavura amavunane, bikagabanya ibyago byo kurwara indwara zitandukanye, bikanafasha gutekereza neza. Gukora imyitozo ngororamubiri byibuze iminota 30 ku munsi  bikaba bifasha kuruhuka no kunoza imitekerereze y'ubwonko.

4.      Kuruhuka bihagije:   Iyo bavuze kuruhuka hazamo kuryama byibuze ku bantu bakuru bakaryama amasaha agera munani (8). Ni byiza gufata akaruhuko nyuma yo kurya kugira ngo ibyo wariye bigogorwe neza, ari nako umuntu afata umwanya wo kwitegereza neza ibintu bitandukanye, kuko uwo mwitozo ufasha ubwonko kutibagirwa.

5.      Kwirinda stress:  Kwirinda stress n’umujagararo ukabije

6.      Isuku: Isuku ni ngombwa cyane kuko ituma umubiri uhumeka neza ku buryo ubwonko bukora butabangamiwe.
