5.Lactobacillus Brevis: Izi zirinda indwara y’ishinya ibyimba

6.Lactobacillus Rhamnosus: Izi bagiteri zirinda uruhu gufuruta

7.Bifidobacterium Bifidum: Zirinda kubyimbirwa mu mara manini

8.Bifidobacterium Lactis: Zituma umubiri ugira urugero rukwiye rwa bagiteri mu gifu no mu mara cyane cyane nyuma yo gukoresha antibiyotike (imiti yica bagiteri).

9.Bifidobacterium Longum: Izi zifasha mu kuvanaho ibimenyetso bijyana no kutihanganira gluten (ibi bikunze kuba ku bantu barya ibinyampeke bakagira ikibazo, nk’umuceri, ingano cg ibindi birimo ifarini)
