Kwiyambura ubuzima ni igikorwa gikunze gukorwa n’abantu hirya no hino kw’isi mu bice bitandukanye, gusa iki gikorwa ntabwo kiza umunsi umwe. Kwiyambura ubuzima ni ibintu bitegurwa igihe kinini. Muri iyi nkuru tugiye kwifashisha inzobere zitandukanye turebere hamwe ibyo zivuga ku gikorwa cyo kwiyambura ubuzima (kwiyahura).

5.       Kwiheba biturutse ku gikorwa kibi wakoze cyangwa wakorewe (remorse) urugero ugasanga bamufotoye yambaye ubusa kwihangana bikamunanira

6.       Kunywa ibiyobyabwenge byinshi bikabije

7.       Itotezwa rya hato na hato

8.       Uburwayi budakira

5.
