KWITUKUZA

Kwitukuza ni uburyo bwo guhindura umubiri w’igikara ugahinduka inzobe. Abagore n’abakobwa b’abirabura bakunze kubikora. Hari abitukuza umubiri wose cyangwa ibice bimwe by’umubiri. Ubusanzwe ku bantu, ibara ry’uruhu riterwa n’ingano ndetse na kamere ya melanine (mélanine: pigment colorant) umuntu afite.

Melanine ni yo igena ibara ry’uruhu n’iry’imboni y’amaso. Usanga abantu bafite mélanine nyinshi bagira uruhu n’imboni bifite ibara ryirabura. Akamaro ka mélanine ni ukurinda uruhu imwe mu mirasire y’izuba (rayons ultra violets). Iyi mirasire y’izuba izwiho gusajisha uruhu no kongera amahirwe yo kurwara kanseri y’uruhu.
