Abahanga mu by’imirire bavuga ko uretse vitamine B12 iboneka ku matungo, ngo ibindi byose wakura mu nyama wanabisanga muri soya kuko ngo yibitseho protein zikubye gatatu izisanzwe ziba mu nyama.
