Nutangira kurya Cocombre uyu munsi, irahindura byinshi ku buzima bwawe

Niba wifuza kugira ubuzima bwiza ndetse ugahora wumva umerewe neza, ikintu cya mbere ukwiye gukora ni ukwihata imboga n’imbuto. Mu rwego rwo kugufasha rero, gerageza uhere kuri uru ruboga cyangwa urubuto ”cocombre” rutangaje bitewe n’intungamubiri zirugize.



Ubusanzwe cocombre ni urubuto rufitanye isano na courgette ndetse na water melon, rworoshye cyane kuruhinga, iyo rweze benshi barukoresha muri salade ariko runatekwa muri potage.
