Ni ubwa mbere polisi ita muri yombi abantu 450 icyarimwe mu myaka 15 ishize mu Bwongereza, aha ni mu birori bya Notting Hill Carnival, iserukiramuco ribera mu mihanda ya Notting Hill, riba ryitabiriwe n’abarenga miliyoni. Ku munsi wo ku cyumweru imirwano n’urugomo byibasiye iri serukiramuco mu buryo bukomeye.
