Filime yitwa Majember Le Fonceur yahawe igihembo cya filime nziza mu karere (Best East African Film). Umukinnyi mwiza wa filime mu bagabo yabaye Hassan Mageye mu gihe umukinnyi mwiza mu bagore yabaye Nisha Kalema. Ni ibirori byabaye kuri uyu wa 26 Kanama 2016 bibera muri Kampala Serena Hotel byitabirwa na bamwe mu bantu b'ibyamamare muri Uganda by'umwihariko abazwi cyane muri sinema ya Uganda.
